  • The delivery information is provided by the carrier and is taking excluding weekends and bank holidays. Note that delivery times may vary, depending on destinations and other factors i.e custom clearance process, peak periods or in climate weather conditions etc.

60-Day Return & Exchange Policy!

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,you may either return your products for a refund or exchange it for other products within 60 days of the original purchase date.And the products for return and exchange must be in the condition when you received them and in the original box and or packinging.

Please note that the returns policy varies in details according to the different situation below.
1. Defective item/ wrong item:

If you receive a defective item/a wrong item, then you can return it within 180 days from when you receive it we will make an exchange for you or issue full refund;

2. Missing part:

If you receive a parcel with missing part, we will send you the missing part or refund you for the missing part in a shortest time after being informed.

3. Dissatisfaction:

If you return an item just because you are unsatisfied with it, you have to return it within 2-25 days from when you receive it.And the item must be unused, undamaged and in original packagingNote: If you return an item which is used or not in original condition, we may issue partial refund. *Image of defective products if possible.

Something you should follow

1. Pack the items in the original packing materials or other PROTECTIVE package. We are unable to issue refunds for items lost or damaged due to unsecure packaging.

2. Please enclose the ORDER NUMBER and your name, and other related product information in the package.

3. Please email us the tracking number of your returning parcel, and inform us the tracking website or the carrier you select, so that we can track the status of the returning parcel quickly for prompt refund.

4. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund or replacement. If you do not have proof of shipment, we will not be able to issue refund for packages lost in transit.

5. Refunds are processed within 3 business days of returning package receipt.
